This apartment complex was looking for a fresh clean monument sign for their upcoming apartment complex. I sent over multiple concepts and the client fell in love with this one. Sign consists of LED lit with “push-through” lettering on either side and custom masonry work for the frame. Photo below shows one of my spec sheets that was sent the the client and the sign before it was installed and the brick work was completed.
